Five Sundays from April 13th to
May 11th, 2008 from 10:30am – 12pm

The cost is $45 for five weekly classes.
This course emphasizes practices for quieting the mind. it
includes meditation, readings and discussion.
It is appropriate for new students or those who have taken this
course previously.
Sundays from April 13th
to May 11th, 2008 from 10:30am–12pm
Registration is required. You will receive book
information, directions and parking information after registering.
The center is open for beginners' classes and for more advanced
meditation and discussion groups. As we grow, we hope to offer
other events, celebrations, more levels of classes, etc.
